New Residential Map and Index

The New Residential Map and Index for each Northern Nevada area comes with a color map utilizing aerial photography showing the footprint of each subdivision in the market area as well as a data sheet containing the following data variables for each subdivision:

• Project name and location, including the actual “footprint”;
• Type of community (single or multi family, condo, or senior facility);
• Total number of units tentatively mapped for the subdivision;
• Total number of planned units with final maps ready for construction;
• Total number of final-mapped units that have closed escrow;
• Total number of planned units remaining to be constructed and sold;
• Number of finished units in standing inventory awaiting sale (Washoe County only)
• Number of bank-owned units (Washoe County only)
• Average sale price of new and existing units for prior quarter (Washoe County only).

This data is updated each quarter and is available for the Reno-Sparks area, and is updated as-needed (per client request) for the Carson City, Douglas County, Dayton Valley, and Fernley, areas.  The New Residential Maps and Indexes are available for purchase each quarter, or you can save $150 and order an annual subscription of 4 issues.  Because of the large area covered, the map and index for the Reno-Sparks area is only available as a 3′x4′ wall-size map (ANSI E); all other areas come as 8.5 x 11″ maps and indexes.
