The sales reports display statistics for new & existing single family and condo sales compiled from Washoe County Assessor’s data.
Annual Comparison: 2007-2010
These reports are comprised of tables showing housing sales by age and type of structure. The reports display the number of housing sales, median sales price, median square footage, and median price per square foot, and compares the data for the current month with the previous month and the same month a year before. We generally try to update this data by the third week of each month.
Like the monthly reports, the cumulative reports have tabular data showing home sales in the City of Reno, City of Sparks, Incline Village, and Washoe County. The difference is that these reports show cumulative, running totals for the calendar year as opposed to just showing the current month’s statistics.
Rather than showing the cumulative sales data for the year, these reports show the actual monthly sales data for each of the last 12 months to facilitate at-a-glance comparisons of the past month’s performance relative to the prior year.
These reports are structured the same as the free monthly sales reports (above) but the data is shown for each of the 9 Subregions in the Reno-Sparks area. The monthly home sales reports by subregion are available for $50 per month or $500 per year for an annual subscription.
